InHome Training Sessions
More and more positive-method trainers are beginning to believe that individual training sessions are even more valuable, advantageous both human and canine than a group setting. Or at the least that a dog and owner would benefit by having an individual training session before they join a class. An individual session can also offer aspects of training and behavior modification that a class cannot offer to the fullest because some training/behavioral issues are specific to the dog's home setting; jumping on guests, getting into the garbage, stealing and/or chewing innapropriate objects, harrassing the cat, treating the kids like litter-mates, reactive/attention-seeking/excessive alarm barking, responding to "Come" when they are in the backyard playing, car-sickness, house-training, separation anxiety, fear, etc..
note: Although Keryl no longer takes on certain types of aggression cases, she can refer you to a trusted colleague who has specialized in any type/level of aggression for over 25 years. B9K9 wants to help ensure that all your needs can be met.
Phone Consult

B9K9 offers the option of a Phone Consult for many reasons:
~ if time is
of the essence concerning a behavioral issue before I am scheduled to come for
an InHome
Session
~ if you want to have a phone consult to follow up on
an InHome Session
~ if you feel your training and/or behavioral needs does
not require an InHome Session
~ if this option fits your schedule or
financial situation better than an InHome session
Although, I will
strongly suggest an InHome Session (or a follow-up session if that’s the case)
if I feel
the issues you are facing would be better addressed in
person.
Here’s how the Phone Consultation Service works:
Simply
contact me by phone or email expressing interest in a phone consult. Next we set
up a day/time that is good for you to call me. I will ask for your snail mail
address and send you all pertinent information.
The fee goes as
follows:
$20 for a half an hour consult
$45 for an hour consult
(after
an hour there will be an additional $5 fee per 15mins)

InHome Mini-Classes; a novel alternative to Traditional Classes

This dog training class alternative offers convenience because we come
to you. You choose the dates and times for classes and you are in
control of how many classes you want. Plus, the cost of your session is

Your
pooch can experience a class setting in a more convenient,
individualized, and affordable way. This option is great for those who:

• Can't find a like-minded training facility
• Can't commit to a 6-Week Class
|
• Are too far away from a training facility
• Are unable to commit, financially to a traditional class.

How Does It Work?
Simply contact friends, family members, neighbors, or others to see if they are interested in this
alternative to a traditional dog training class. If you gather 2 or
more; we've got a class! Then, you decide who has the biggest space in
their home to host In-Home Mini-Classes. All mini-class
participants agree upon on a date and time for the session. Note: it is
advantageous to all that each pooch is dog and people friendly.

Fees for InHome "mini-classes"
Our fees are just the cost
of a normal in-home visit. Plus, all class participants can share the
cost. So, the more dogs you have the less expensive it will be. The
number of allowable participants is dependant on the space available.
