Order a portrait of your furry friend from B9K9 in Stoddard, New Hampshire, today. Dog trainer Keryl Olson has recently coupled her love for dogs with her artistic ability, and is now painting dog portraits.
Details on Dog Portraits
Keryl paints head and shoulder dog portraits that capture the real essence of the individual subject. She works with acrylics from photos, producing a lifelike portrait on an 11" x 14" canvas. It is her goal not only to produce a quality portrait, but also create one that reflects the subject's personality.
Timeline
Keryl will use either a photo of your dog which you supply, or she will come to you to take a photo for an additional charge. After she recieves the photo, the portrait will be finished within two weeks unless otherwise discussed.

Artist's Background
Keryl Olson has an artistic background in drawing, painting and photography. In the late 70s and early 80s she enrolled in art classes at The School of Preforming Arts/ Walnut Hill in Natick, Massachusetts and at Williston-Northampton in East Hampton, Massachusetts, where she studied under Barry Moser, a well-known artist. She also continued photography classes at Williston. In college, she continued to pursue her love for drawing, painting and photography while getting her BA in Elementary and Special Education.
